Volunteers wanted!
The Tuna Canyon Detention Station Coalition is a small group of thoughtful community members who have bonded to preserve its history and to build a lasting memorial on site. We want to reach out to the community since this history is largely unknown. We need worker bees for the upcoming August 29 fundraising luncheon during the months preceding the event. If you are a videographer, writer, landscape architect, history buff, or desire to be a worker bee, pleaseĀ contact us.
With your help, we can continue the work that Lloyd Hitt, Paul Tsuneishi, and Mike Lawler started many years ago.
